Trust protocol

Limited drops still need serious verification.

Flawless is not an open seller marketplace. Each drop is a focused selection of industry-sourced opportunities, with account-gated holds and Flawless confirmation before final terms.

Verified before public release

Public drops are limited to pieces Flawless has reviewed and marked live. Unconfirmed items do not appear in the live drop.

Refundable before final sale

Deposit-designated holds use secure checkout. Deposits remain refundable during Flawless review; confirmed purchases are final sale after final terms and payment.

Manual watch authentication

Watch listings require stricter review: reference, serial handling, box/papers, service notes, and authentication status before publish.

Fulfillment confirmed directly

Pickup, insured shipping, timing, and final payment instructions are confirmed by Flawless before the sale continues.

What happens after Request Hold

The button starts confirmation.

01

Buyer request

Signed-in buyers request a hold from a live listing. Anonymous users can browse, but cannot place holds.

02

Deposit step

If a listing requires a deposit, secure checkout starts the refundable hold and the reservation stays pending until payment confirms.

03

Flawless review

Flawless confirms the piece, source status, condition, timing, fulfillment, and final terms.

04

Final next step

If details are confirmed, Flawless sends the next step for payment, pickup, or shipping. If details cannot be confirmed, the deposit is refundable.

No fake product photos

Atmosphere visuals can set mood, but product cards and galleries use real listing media or a pending-photo state.

No open seller marketplace

Flawless controls what enters public drops. Outside offers are not published automatically.

No loose-stone catalog

Public drops focus on finished jewelry, watches, and signed pieces. Loose stones are not browsed or held through the consumer site.
