Authentication and Verification Policy

How Flawless reviews public listings, watch authentication notes, source records, and verification claims.

Effective date

May 20, 2026

Each public listing is reviewed before it appears in a drop. Flawless does not operate as an open seller marketplace.

Please review the listing page and these terms before requesting a hold or completing payment.

Public listing standard

Public listings appear only after Flawless marks the item verified and live. Draft, rejected, unverified, unavailable, and non-public source records remain outside the public catalog.

Jewelry review

Finished jewelry listings are reviewed for real media, condition notes, metal or stone details where applicable, source confidence, availability confidence, fulfillment method, and clear deposit or inquiry terms.

Watch review

Watch listings require stricter manual review before publishing, including reference, box/papers status, service or authentication notes, serial handling, and verification status. Sensitive serial details remain private unless disclosure is required for a confirmed buyer.

Source review

Flawless may review owned inventory, memo opportunities, estate pieces, watch offers, and other source records before deciding whether an item belongs in the public drops. Outside offers are not published automatically.

Disclosures

Listings avoid unsupported claims and disclose material information known to Flawless, such as pre-owned condition, notable repairs, watch box/papers status, service notes, diamond or gemstone information where available, and whether final details still require confirmation before sale.
