General operating terms for browsing, buyer accounts, hold requests, and retail trade desk access.

The public drop is curated and limited. Listings, holds, deposits, fulfillment, and final sale terms remain subject to Flawless confirmation.
Please review the listing page and these terms before requesting a hold or completing payment.
Eligibility and account responsibility
The drop platform is intended for adults who can enter binding transactions. Buyers are responsible for keeping account information accurate, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and notifying Flawless if an account may have been accessed without permission.
Listing accuracy
Flawless aims to present accurate price, condition, media, verification, and availability information, but high-value industry-sourced inventory may require final confirmation before payment, fulfillment, or release.
Pricing and availability changes
Listings may be corrected, paused, repriced, withdrawn, or marked unavailable before final sale if source terms, verification, market conditions, or item availability changes. A hold request does not force Flawless to complete a transaction.
Retail trade desk
The retail trade desk is a gated workflow for approved stores. Company approval does not guarantee approval of every trade request, price, sourcing option, listing, or transaction.
No final sale until confirmed
A hold request or deposit does not guarantee final sale. Final terms, availability, authenticity, fulfillment, taxes, shipping, and payment instructions must be confirmed by Flawless before the transaction is completed.
Final sale terms
Once final terms are accepted and final payment or item release is complete, purchases are final sale except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing before purchase. Buyers should review the deposit, final-sale, shipping, authentication, and listing terms before moving forward.
Website use
The site may not be used to submit false information, scrape or copy content at scale, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse images or listing content, impersonate another person or company, or place holds for abusive, fraudulent, or speculative purposes.
Changes to these terms
Flawless may update these terms as the drop platform develops. Continued use of the site after updated terms are posted means the updated terms apply going forward.
