Buyer and company information is used to operate curated drops, manage requests, confirm transactions, and communicate next steps.

Flawless may collect information you provide directly, including name, email, phone, buyer account details, contact form messages, hold requests, deposit status, retail partner applications, reference links or media, and communications with Flawless. Flawless may also collect basic device, browser, usage, and security information needed to operate the site.
Information is used to provide curated drop access, verify accounts, respond to inquiries, process hold requests, review availability and transaction terms, communicate next steps, confirm pickup or shipping, manage deposits, support retail partner workflows, prevent abuse, maintain records, and improve the service.
Deposit checkout is handled by a payment processor. Flawless does not store full payment card numbers in the application database, but may receive transaction status, payment identifiers, refund status, and related information needed to manage a hold or sale.
Flawless may share information with service providers that help operate the website, host and secure data, process payments, send email, manage customer follow-up, provide analytics, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, or comply with legal obligations. Flawless may also share information when needed to complete a transaction, protect rights and safety, or respond to lawful requests.
