About the Shipping Procedure
During normal shipping periods you will very likely receive your
order within 5 to 10 business days after order placement date. If
you give us your email address when you place your order, you should
receive your UPS tracking information via email on the day after
your order has been shipped. For more detailed information about

page.
Checking the Status of Your Order
As stated previously, most of our orders are shipped via UPS. If
you have not received your order 8 business days after order placement
date, you can check the status of your order by requesting your
UPS tracking number via email. After you receive your tracking number,
go to the UPS web site at www.ups.com
and click on "Tracking," then you'll simply enter your
tracking number in the space shown, and click "Track".
