Terms
You have 30 days to be satisfied with the product you purchased
from Flawless Jewelry Inc. For any reasons, if you are not satisfied
with the product you purchased from Flawless Jewelry, you can return
your purchase to us, no question asked or if you wish you can exchange
for another product-item from us.
This 30 days Return policy does not apply to the Diamonds purchase.
Loose Diamonds purchases is final, there is no return or exchange.
How to Return the purchase
Step 1
Call us on toll free 866-FLAWLESS
for return authorization or e-mail us return@flawlessjewelry.com
(For security purpose, without return authorization, shipment will
NOT be accepted.)
Step 2
Pack all the items, including jewelry packaging, in appropriate
box security.
Step 3
Return the package to following address:
FJINC. (Do not write Flawless Jewelry Inc.)
20687-2 Amar Road
Walnut, CA 91789
USA.
Step 4
Ship the shipment through local post office or UPS or USPS. Do not
forget to get the return signature and insurance for the return
merchandise.
How do i exchange the product
Simply follow the above 4 steps and let's know the new product
you have selected. We will ship the new product free (Standard Shipping
Only). We will credit the amount for return item and we will charge
amount for the new exchange. Shipping Charges are not refunded,
if any (applies in faster mode of shipments).
Conditions of Returns
Flawless Jewelry will not accept the item, which is misused, altered,
damaged or mishandled in any way, in such cases 30 days return policy
does not apply.
Flawless Jewelry is not responsible for the lost return shipment.
It's purchaser's responsibility to have return signature and to
insured the shipment to full value.
Your purchase should be return within 30 days post mark from the
day you receive the shipment.
Once the item is received by us, we will examine the item. Once
it approved your total amount will be credited to same credit card
only, within 2 business days. Shipping charges are not credited
back, if any (applies in faster modes of shipments). Your financial
institution may not give credit to your account immediately because
it is up to your financial institutions, how they settle their transactions
with their correspondent bank.
All the expenses of return shipments are the responsibility of
customers-purchasers.
On every international returns, refund of duty or tax is customers
responsibility.
